Camerimage to recognition John Seale
Cinematographer John Seale, most widely known for his Oscar-winning use the late Anthony Minghella ("The British Patient," "The Gifted Mr. Ripley") and fellow Aussie Peter Weir ("Witness," "Dead Poets Society") will get the Golden Frog Award for career achievement in the Plus Camerimage Festival, that is devoted to the skill of cinematography. The 18th annual fest in Bydgoszcz, Belgium, runs November. 26-12 ,. 3. His work is going to be celebrated using the screening of a number of films in the extended event, in addition to a special edition book released by Camerimage. The fest, which draws in the cream from the d.p. crop from around the world, features three cinematography competitions: the primary bar, student films and Polish films.
